A province-wide programme focused on strengthening the management, monitoring and evaluation of onsite ICT support and training, while giving programme leadership reliable evidence of implementation, participation, support needs and impact across Gauteng schools.

During the previous cycle, Chartall Creations supported ICT integration across all 15 Gauteng districts, combining onsite facilitator support, educator development and programme reporting. The year established the operational evidence base that now informs the next phase.

Manage, monitor, evaluate and sustain

The current programme direction moves beyond activity reporting toward a connected M&E environment: baseline and implementation monitoring, usage tracking, training evaluation, technical-support monitoring, field audits, stakeholder feedback, impact evaluation, governance and sustainability — supported by a coherent digital architecture.

Digital systems are becoming the operating layer

Current work is operationalising field monitoring, educator attendance, facilitator workflows, helpdesk support, dashboards, needs analysis and digital learning spaces. Facilitator training and system readiness are being used to standardise how evidence is captured, reviewed and reported while online learning and assessment environments continue to expand.

Integrated workstream

An integrated municipal property and revenue advisory workstream that brings together property valuation, spatial intelligence and revenue advisory services in one controlled environment. By connecting municipal property, valuation, financial, billing and system records, the workstream supports revenue enhancement, VAT and tax recovery, billing investigations, data quality, collections and governance-backed advisory support. This integrated approach enables valuation, ownership, classification, verification, billing and revenue issues to be identified, spatially evidenced, analysed and managed together to support defensible decisions and sustainable revenue management.
